Anti-ZNF18 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against ZNF18 and is supplied as an unconjugated rabbit IgG antibody validated for Western blotting on human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ZNF18, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total ZNF18 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

The target is also known by the synonyms HDSG1, Heart development-specific gene 1 protein, KOX11, Zinc finger protein 18, Zinc finger protein 535, Zinc finger protein KOX11, Zinc finger protein with KRAB and SCAN domains 6, ZKSCAN6 and ZNF535. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
