Anti-ZNF174 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ZNF174, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples, validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ZNF174, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of total ZNF174 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The concentration is 1.0 mg/mL.
