Anti-ZNF133 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ZNF133 (zinc finger protein 133). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-220 of human ZNF133 (NP_003425.2), and the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 70 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
