Anti-ZMYND8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ZMYND8, supplied as an unconjugated preparation formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the stated purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reactive with Human, Rat and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 586–630 of Human ZMYND8, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ZMYND8 protein.
