Anti-ZMYND8 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent for the ZMYND8 target. The antibody is listed as reacting with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot, with immunohistochemistry also among the listed applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 959–1188 of human ZMYND8 (NP_898868.1). The reagent is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 165 kDa. For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:1,000–1:2,000.

The product is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
