Anti-ZIS (I144) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ZIS (I144), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 121–170 of Human ZIS. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ZIS protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
