Anti-ZIP-kinase (K261) Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a peptide mapping near residue K261 of human ZIP-kinase, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the C-terminal region of DAPK3, a serine/threonine kinase implicated in apoptosis, smooth muscle contraction, and cytoskeletal signaling.

The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat tissue samples. It enables detection of endogenous ZIP-kinase expression in cell lysates by WB and supports localization studies by IHC on fixed sections. Because the antibody is polyclonal, it can recognize multiple epitopes on the target, which often translates to more consistent staining across different sample preparations.

Each vial contains 100 µL at 1 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, pH approximately 7.2.
