Anti-Zika Virus (ZIKV-NS1) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal reagent targets the NS1 non-structural protein of Zika Virus and is supplied as 1 mg of a purified monoclonal antibody in unconjugated form. The clone is of the IgG1, kappa isotype and was raised against recombinant Zika Virus NS1 protein, with purity reported at greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE. It is validated for ELISA workflows and is intended for research use only, with confirmed cross-reactivity testing showing no reactivity against Dengue Virus or Chikungunya Virus. The recommended long-term storage condition is at −20 °C in antibody stabilization buffer. Because the unconjugated format is suitable for direct ELISA and pair-based assay development, compatible secondary reagents such as Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L conjugated to HRP, AP, biotin or FITC are available to complete detection.
