Anti-ZIC3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ZIC3 and supplied as a liquid reagent. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human ZIC3 (NP_003404.1), and the target protein is reported at 51 kDa.

The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The reagent is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
