Anti-ZIC1 / 2 / 3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal peptide sequence of human ZIC1 / 2 / 3 and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the total ZIC1 / 2 / 3 protein, also known as Zinc finger protein of the cerebellum 1, Zinc finger protein ZIC 1, Zinc finger protein 201, or ZNF201. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-use formulation of Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is offered at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial, and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on Human and Mouse samples. For shipping, the vial is sent at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
