Anti-ZFYVE9 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ZFYVE9 (also referred to as SARA), available from Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western Blot and Immunofluorescence applications, and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 156 kDa. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human ZFYVE9 (NP_004790.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:200–1:2,000 is suggested.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
