Anti-ZFYVE19 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against ZFYVE19, a zinc finger FYVE domain-containing protein also known as ANCHR or MPFYVE. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human ZFYVE19 — and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the total ZFYVE19 protein. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial, the formulation contains rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a stabilizer. The unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
