Anti-ZFP36 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, available through Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit against the ZFP36 target. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, it is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been shown to react with Human and Mouse samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 29 kDa.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 230-326 of human ZFP36 (NP_003398.3), and the antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
