ZFP42 (also called REX1 or ZNF42) is a zinc finger transcription factor that serves as a marker of pluripotency in human and mouse embryonic stem cells, and its downregulation typically accompanies differentiation. This Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as a liquid IgG preparation at 100 µg, validated for western blot detection of the endogenous protein in pluripotent cell lysates. For best results, store aliquots at -20 °C and limit freeze-thaw cycles; the antibody is intended for research use only and is unconjugated, allowing flexible downstream detection with HRP- or fluorophore-labeled secondary reagents.
