Anti-ZEB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ZEB1 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 800–900 of human ZEB1 (NP_110378.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, supported by four scientific validation images. The reported molecular weight for ZEB1 is 200 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
