Validated applications include Western blot (1:1000–1:5000), IHC-P (1:50–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:200), immunoprecipitation (0.5–4 μg antibody for 200–400 μg whole-cell extract), and ELISA (starting concentration 1 μg/mL).
