Anti-ZCCHC3 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against ZCCHC3, supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 215–335 of human ZCCHC3 (NP_149080.2) and reacts with human and mouse samples.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested, while ICC/IF applications are supported at 1:50–1:200. The target molecular weight is reported as 43 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.
