Anti-ZC3H8 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ZC3H8 and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding an unconjugated preparation formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It detects endogenous levels of total ZC3H8 protein and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, making it suitable for studies of zinc-finger CCCH domain-containing transcriptional regulators.
