This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ZC3H12A, an endoribonuclease also known as MCPIP1 or Regnase-1 that regulates inflammatory gene expression through mRNA destabilization. Raised in rabbit, the reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum optimized for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples.

ZC3H12A contributes to innate immune feedback by degrading transcripts such as IL-6, IL-12p40, and TNF-α via its PIN-like RNase domain, and it has been linked to macrophage polarization, regulatory T cell function, and the cellular response to viral pathogens. Investigators in inflammation, autoimmunity, and post-transcriptional gene regulation apply this antibody to track endogenous protein levels in cultured cell lysates and in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

Provided at 100 µl per vial, the antibody specifically detects human ZC3H12A. Aliquot upon receipt and store refrigerated; for extended storage keep frozen and protect from light, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve titer. For research use only.
