ZC3H11A is a zinc finger CCCH-type RNA-binding protein best known for its role in nuclear mRNA export and as a host cofactor exploited by HIV-1 during viral replication. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against recombinant ZC3H11A and is validated for western blot and ELISA workflows against human and non-human primate samples. Each vial supplies 100 µl of affinity-purified antibody in a PBS-based buffer, suitable for blotting membranes at standard working dilutions or for plate-based immunoassays. Because the antigen is broadly expressed across proliferating tissues, the reagent is commonly used to study post-transcriptional gene regulation, stress responses, and host-pathogen interactions involving nuclear RNA processing. Storage at -20 °C in single-use aliquots preserves activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles; brief refrigeration at 4 °C is appropriate for short-term working stocks.
