Anti-ZC3H11A Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody recognizes ZC3H11A, a CCCH-type zinc finger protein that functions as an mRNA export factor and is recruited to cytoplasmic stress granules during heat-shock stress. The immunogen-derived antiserum is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot detection of the target band in human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial contains 100 µl of liquid antibody suitable for use as the primary reagent in immunoblotting workflows; dilute in blocking buffer according to band intensity and membrane format. Sodium azide is included as a preservative, so the reagent should be handled with standard laboratory precautions and protected from light during extended storage.
