Anti-ZBTB17 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com, targeting ZBTB17 (also known as Miz1). The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 103 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 121–360 of human ZBTB17 (NP_003434.2), and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:100–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
