Anti-ZBTB16 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ZBTB16 (also known as PLZF), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit, is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 177–430 of human PLZF (NP_005997.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
