Anti-ZBED1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ZBED1, also referred to as DREF, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation raised in rabbit. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human ZBED1 (NP_001164607.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 108 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:2,000, IHC at 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Two scientific validation images are referenced.
