Anti-ZAP70 (Tyr292) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280–320 of human ZAP70, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ZAP-70 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 70 kDa.
