Anti-ZAP70 (T286) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–300 of human ZAP70, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ZAP-70 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
