Anti-ZAP70 (S313) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ZAP70, recognising the S313 residue. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300-350 of human ZAP70 and detects endogenous levels of ZAP-70 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
