From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against ZAP70 phosphorylated at tyrosine 493 (phospho Tyr493). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid preparation, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding Y493 of human ZAP70 (NP_001070.2), with the reported immunogen sequence SYYTA. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.
