Anti-ZAP70 (phospho-Y315) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ZAP70 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 315 is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ZAP70 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 315. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ZAP70 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr315. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target runs at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.

Validated applications are Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
