Anti-ZAP70 (phospho-Y315) Antibody

Phosphorylation-state-specific polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit against the Y315 phospho-site of ZAP70, a 70 kDa Syk-family tyrosine kinase essential for T-cell receptor signal transduction and lymphocyte activation. The antibody selectively recognizes the phosphorylated tyrosine 315 epitope and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat tissue and cell samples.
