ZAP70 (Zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70) is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase essential for T-cell receptor signaling, recruited to phosphorylated ITAMs on the TCR zeta chain following antigen engagement. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against human ZAP70 and validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications.

Investigators studying T-cell maturation, adaptive immune signal transduction, and primary immunodeficiency syndromes such as ZAP70-deficient severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) use this antibody to track protein expression across lymphoid tissues, thymic sections, and peripheral blood mononuclear cell preparations. Each 100 µL vial contains polyclonal antisera sufficient for multiple blotting or staining runs. Because the reagent is unconjugated, it can be paired with any HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibody chosen by the end user, supporting flexible detection in Western blot membranes, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and suspension cell immunophenotyping panels.
