Anti-ZAP70 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human ZAP70 immunogen and affinity-purified to selectively recognise the endogenous level of total ZAP70 protein. The antiserum is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and is recommended for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. Validation has been performed on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it broadly useful across common mammalian model systems. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
