Description
This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ZAP70, validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
The unconjugated antibody was generated in rabbit using recombinant full-length human ZAP70 as the immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the ZAP70 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The target migrates at approximately 70 kDa.
It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
