Anti-ZAP70 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ZAP70, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and recognises the ZAP70 target in human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of ZAP70 is 70 kDa.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human ZAP70 (NP_001070.2). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. In a representative Western blot, lysates were loaded at 25 µg per lane with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, blocked in 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, and detected with an ECL Basic Kit at 180 s exposure.
