Anti-ZAP70 (4B2) Antibody

Produced as a mouse monoclonal antibody raised against the human ZAP70 tyrosine kinase, clone 4B2 from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated, purified reagent in a 100 µl format. The target, ZAP70 (zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70), is a cytoplasmic kinase essential for T-cell receptor signaling and downstream lymphocyte activation, and altered ZAP70 expression is a recurring marker in chronic lymphocytic leukemia research and studies of severe combined immunodeficiency.

Recommended applications are Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on human samples. The antibody is hosted in mouse and purified from a Tris-Glycine buffer at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant; aliquots should be stored refrigerated and protected from light to preserve activity, with freeze-thaw cycles minimized.
