Anti-ZAK Antibody

Developed for researchers studying stress-activated kinase pathways, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody recognizes ZAK (also called MAP3K20), a serine/threonine kinase that drives cellular responses to UV damage and inflammatory cytokines through JNK and p38 MAPK signaling. The rabbit host reagent detects endogenous human and mouse ZAK protein in both western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, making it useful for studies of cardiac hypertrophy, myocyte apoptosis, the DNA damage response, and pro-inflammatory signaling cascades.
