Anti-YWHAZ (phospho S58) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against 14-3-3 zeta (also referred to as YWHAZ) when phosphorylated at Ser58. The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S58 of human YWHAZ. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa.

Storage instructions recommend shipping at 4 °C, aliquoting on receipt, and storing at –20 °C, with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
