Anti-YWHAZ Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is a polyclonal IgG targeting YWHAZ (14-3-3 zeta) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 190 to the C-terminus of human YWHAZ (accession NP_003397.1). It is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 28 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
