Anti-YWHAG Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide of human YWHAG (also known as 14-3-3 gamma) and affinity-purified using the immunogen to enrich for target-specific immunoglobulins. It is provided as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in unconjugated form, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples, allowing its use across a wide range of cell- and tissue-based studies of the 14-3-3 family. According to the supplier, the product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
