Anti-YWHAG Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets YWHAG, the gamma isoform of the 14-3-3 family of adapter proteins. 14-3-3 gamma recognizes phosphorylated serine and threonine motifs on client proteins, modulating pathways involved in cell cycle checkpoint control, apoptosis, and neuronal differentiation. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated rabbit antiserum and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat specimens.
