Anti-YWHAG Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets YWHAG, also known as 14-3-3 gamma. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human 14-3-3 gamma (NP_036611.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
