Anti-YWHAB Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to 14-3-3 beta/alpha (YWHAB), available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150–249 of human 14-3-3 alpha/beta (NP_003395.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, and IP: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only.
