Anti-YTHDF3 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against YTHDF3, supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent is affinity purified and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:100–1:500 for IHC, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:500–1:1,000 for IP.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–275 of human YTHDF3 (NP_689971.4), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 64 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
