Anti-YTHDF1 Antibody

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human YTHDF1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total YTHDF1 protein. It is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in a formulation of rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
