Anti-YTHDC1 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–74 of human YTHDC1 (NP_001026902.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration, with a stated molecular weight of 110 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
