Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is directed against YPEL1, also known as Protein yippee-like 1. The unconjugated reagent of IgG isotype is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples and is supplied at a concentration of 0.7 mg/mL in pH 7.4 PBS containing 0.05% NaN3 and 40% glycerol. Purification is performed by antigen affinity chromatography.
Immunisation used a full-length fusion protein, and the antibody specifically recognises endogenous levels of total YPEL1 protein. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
