Anti-YME1L1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against YME1L1, supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human YME1L1 (NP_055078.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 86 kDa.

Affinity-purified and presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For WB, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. A representative Western blot described uses the antibody at 1:1,000 with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 25µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as the blocking buffer, and ECL Basic Kit detection with a 30-second exposure.
