Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody is raised in rabbit and is specific for YES1. The IgG reagent is supplied unconjugated. Validation data cover Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse and rat samples, with immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence additionally reported on human and mouse material.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human YES1 (NP_005424.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 61 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
