Anti-YEATS4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises YEATS4, also designated GAS41. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG raised in rabbit, the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-227 of human YEATS4 (NP_006521.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 27 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid preparation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
