Anti-YEATS2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets YEATS2, a chromatin-associated scaffolding subunit of the ATAC and STAGA histone acetyltransferase complexes. YEATS2 contains a YEATS domain that reads acyl-modified histones, including H3K27ac and crotonylated histone marks, and contributes to transcriptional regulation at active chromatin. Amplification of YEATS2 has been documented in non-small cell lung cancer, and altered YEATS2 expression is studied in acute myeloid leukemia models, making it a relevant reagent for chromatin biology and oncology research programs.
